How do I place an order?

Placing an order is easy. Just browse the products we have to offer in no particular order. When you see an item you wish to purchase, press the "add" button for the size and or scent you desire.

Add as many items to your "shopping bag" as you please. When you are ready to place your order, make any final changes to the quantities and selections in your "view contents" window then press "checkout".

Choose a method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discoverl) and in no time your purchase will be on its way to you. It is easy and you can sleep well knowing that your personal information is safe.

What About Back Orders?
We generally try to keep the web catalog updated, but occasionally we will run out of some item, If, as a consequence, there will be a delay in filling your order we will attempt to contact you by email letting you know what the estimate is. You can choose to cancel the order at that time if you wish.

Order Status:
FarayaSkinCare.com will send you an email confirmation upon receipt of your order and again once your order has left our facilities.

Forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Sales Tax:
If your products are being shipped to a Florida address, sales tax will be included in the final cost of your order as we operate facilities in that state. Pursuant to applicable laws, sales tax is calculated based on the actual cost of your products, before discounts such as promotional codes are applied.

Gift Certificate Purchases:

You can purchase gift certificates on our main Gift page. Gift certificates can be delivered via email or U.S. Postal Service.

GIFT CERTIFICATES EXPIRE ONE YEAR FROM THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH ISSUED.

Does not apply in California; applies in New Hampshire only for gift certificates over $100.

Expiration date does not apply in any other states where prohibited by law.

GIFT CERTIFICATES ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH AND CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR A CASH REFUND.

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ISSUED FOR GIFT CERTIFICATES.

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A CASH REFUND FOR UN-USED PORTIONS OF YOUR GIFT CERTIFICATE.

Gift Certificate Redemption:

To redeem a FarayaSkinCare.com gift certificate, simply enter the gift-certificate number the input box provided during checkout. To use any remaining amount, simply re-enter the number during your next purchase.

Promotion Codes:
If you are using a promotional code, simply enter the code into the gift-certificate input box upon checkout.

Gift Purchases:
If you designate an order as a gift, you must enter the recipient's name and address in the shipping address fields. The recipient will receive a product insert that includes your personal message and product names, but not product prices.

Our Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make. We will replace or refund your purchase price for any damaged goods. You have 15 days to contact us to get a full refund. United Parcel Service (UPS) has been selected as our premier delivery service. However, some packages may be delivered by an alternative carrier.

Most purchases are shipped to arrive within 7 - 10 business days from receipt of your order. For an additional charge of $10.00 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations in 2 - 3 business days.

Standard Delivery
UPS Ground will deliver your package within 7 - 10 business days from receipt of your order. Most of the orders shipped with Standard UPS Ground option on the East Coast can be expected sooner (within only 2 - 4 business days).

Express Delivery
For an additional $8.00 per address, we will provide Express Delivery by FedEX to most destinations. (Orders received by 3pm EST Monday through Thursday arrive in two to three business days; orders placed Friday and Saturday arrives on Wednesday or later.)

Overnight Delivery
For an additional $18.00, we will provide Overnight Delivery by FedEX to most destinations. Please check with customer service on service limitations. (Orders received by 3pm EST Monday through Thursday arrive in two business days; orders placed Friday and Saturday arrives on Tuesday.)

Hazardous Materials
Certain items considered Hazardous Materials (HAZMAT) which include alcohol-based products (e.g., perfumes, etc.) and are required by the U.S. DOT to be shipped by Ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations.

It is Faraya Skin Care’s intention to satisfy our customers. For this reason, we will gladly issue a full refund to the original credit card for any unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of the date of purchase. After 14 days, a  credit or exchange will be issued for any unopened merchandise returned up to 30 days after purchase. There are no cash refunds. All items must be accompanied by the original receipt and in unopened, saleable condition.

Please allow two to four weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed.

Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable, unless it is our error. Per FDA regulations, we do not accept returns of wholesale merchandise.
